14-month molars

I balanced an exhausted, tearful Elaine on my hip and tried to measure out the Tylenol with my other arm. As I poured it and held up the spoon for her she said, "thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you..." in her sniffling, still half-crying baby talk. SO pathetically adorable.
